Never connected to match and was given a 2 hour ban.

I queued for a game of Street Brawl, using random hero select. After 20 seconds it said match found connecting to server. After 4 minutes it finally changed to a black screen but connecting to server was still in the top left of the screen. A couple more minutes on a black screen passed and it kicked me back to the hub. I tried to requeue, and it said I had received a 2 hour ban.

After the Apollo patch i am currently living the same thing i guess.Says match found connecting,black screen for a max min.Then goes back to lobby.It was always happening but after Apollo patch i got the bans.First was for 15 mins,second is for 2 hours.Any solutions?

I received another ban, after completing a match. The enemy team had a graves that left before the final round, giving the "no penalty on leave" message. I queued for one game, played one game, was never inactive and completed it and have another 6 hour ban. Something is wrong with the Apollo patch and it needs to be fixed.

I played a 4v4 match where from the beginning there was the option to abandon without penalty (saying that I would have suffered a defeat (?)) and at the end of the match despite the mvp etc. just before the end the opponents disconnect, I go back to the lobby I try to start another game and out of nowhere 6 hours of ban, seeing around many many people even since yesterday are having these bans totally random, I don't think there is a solution other than waiting for a patch that fixes the problem, I even saw people who got 5 days BAH

After the patch adjusting Celeste and Apollo I thought the issue was fixed. I was able to play multiple games without issue. I queued for another game, however when it found a match my game crashed. The person I was queuing with said the game was telling him it was waiting for the last player to load in. I restarted the game, it gave me the reconnect to match option, which I selected. The moment I did my party member said that the match was abandoned and it pushed me into a loading screening before crashing again. After I entered the game again, it informed me that I was in low priority queue in normal game mode and banned for 24 hours from Street Brawl.

They patched it again and reset an bans or low priority match making. But same interaction happened to me. It took longer than normal after a game was found to load the match. The moment I loaded in the "someone has left, you can leave without penalty" message was present even though all 8 players were still in the game. I completed the match, all 8 of us played until the end. After that match I had received yet another 6 hour ban.
