Network routing problem

When connected directly to Singapore servers, I often experience high latency and packet loss, causing noticeable stuttering. However, when the connection is routed through a Hong Kong relay, latency is much lower and there is no packet loss, resulting in smooth gameplay. The problem is that the routing sometimes either starts on, or automatically switches to the direct Singapore route immediately causing lag. Reconnecting to the game can sometimes switch the route back to the Hong Kong relay and restore good performance.
