Need binds for Actives

It would be like amazing to have an active bind to an enemy hero.
In laning phase, if i'm against haze/infernus/drifter, I prefer buying Rusted Barrel at earliest.
But whenever I try to active that ability it sometime goes to the other nearest enemy.
For easy of usage, I would prefer to bind the active item to the enemy hero.
I think it would be very helpful to have this.
What do you guys think of this for other counter items like silence wave/curse/disarm etc.

It doesn't make sense. If something is easy to do, there's no reason to make it more easier.

I don't know how bad should be your aim, if you can't use targeted ability on the right enemy.

It would be unfair if you could always target someone in particular without needing to aim.
