Napolean the gangster and money lender

Ok, yes, my art is crap. I drew this up in a few minutes in MSPaint. That aside:

Napolean is a former gang leader who fell out of their top position from police crackdowns and inner betrayal. He's entering the ritual in hopes that the patron can make him the greatest gang leader in all New York.

Napolean doesn't do the fighting himself, instead relying on spectral goons in his service to be his weapons that he summons from the smoke in his cigars. Each of his 3 skills changes his primary fire and their behaviors. His weapons fire by taking his one good arm and pointing at the target he wants them to shoot. He reloads by rolling his shoulder to relieve fatigue.

Ability 1 - Mick and Mack
Conjure two pistol wielding spectral minions from your cigar. The attack damage is light, quick, and accurate with decent range. The ability can be used again to charge it with additional spirit damage for a few seconds. Their magazines are smaller and are tracked separately.
Upgrade 1 - Mick and Mack gain spirit scaling and do additional spirit damage.
Upgrade 2 - Mick and Mack gain increased damage falloff range.
Upgrade 3 - Mick and Mack gain a weak lifesteal.

Ability 2 - Tommy
Conjure a tommy gun wielding spectral minion from your cigar. The attack is fast with decent damage, a wide spray, and a large magazine. The ability can be used again to charge it with additional spirit damage for a few seconds.
Upgrade 1 - Tommy gains a building status effect on targets. Each stack increases the chance Tommy refunds a bullet into their magazine on hit.
Upgrade 2 - Tommy's spray cone narrows.
Upgrade 3 - Each time Tommy refunds a bullet, the next bullet does bonus spirit damage.

Ability 3 - Lyle
Conjure a shotgun wielding spectral minion from your cigar. The attack is slow with large damage and a small magazine. The ability can be used again to charge it with additional spirit damage for a few seconds.
Upgrade 1 - Lyle's attacks apply a speed debuff to targets it hits.
Upgrade 2 - Lyle's attacks gain increased bullet damage.
Upgrade 3 - Lyle's attacks apply a damage amplifier to targets it hits.

Ability 4 - Breathe Deep
(Passive)Napoleon has the last two abilities he's conjured instead of just 1.
(Activated)Napolean has all three off his primary weapons activated for a brief period with a lengthy cooldown. While Breathe Deep is active, Napolean can't use his first three abilities.
Upgrade 1 - While Breathe Deep is active, Napolean gains bullet and spirit resist.
Upgrade 2 - Reduce the cooldown of Breathe Deep
Upgrade 3 - While Breathe Deep is active, all upgrades to his first three skills now apply to each other.

Thinking about reloads a bit, Napolean won't auto-reload until all of his active goons have an empty mag, so if Lyle empties his mag but Mick and Mack have not then Lyle won't begin to reload until either Mick and Mack empty theirs too, or Napolean manually reloads.
