mystic shot not applying escalating exposure stacks

mystic shot not applying escalating exposure stacks despite it doing the spirit damage it says is required, the item says its activated by spirit damage but my shots with mystic shot dont activate the item. please fix

also checked spirit burn which description says spirit damage and it doesn't either., really feel like it shouldnt say when dealing spirit damage if its not on spirit damage cause i lost games over this build path and wording
