While playing Paradox and using gun left click using mystic shot that deals 80 plus damage to trigger mystic bursts' bonus 35 dmg both should always trigger at the same time since both have the same cooldown. This works (most of the time) until cooldown reduction is purchased in which case mystic shot triggers before mystic burst even though both have. This means you only get the bonus damage from mystic burst every other trigger of mystic shot since burst did not trigger the first time.
Somehow buying cooldown reduction changes the cooldown of both items differently making mystic shot CD slightly shorter.
