Mystic shot 6400 upgrade

i think mystic shot, if it received an upgrade, could reintroduce one of those items that migrated categories on upgrade, kind of like old enduring spirit into slowing hex. The item would be called something like “Vexing Cantrip” and would have an active or passive where it adds flat mystic shot damage to your next ability. So for example it would be like two passives like crushing fists or a passive and an active

I have toyed around with the concept some more, and it seems there’s two ways to make this item fun to use, because just giving it two passives would make it harder to track to use the item with proper uptime, and making it an active would just be annoying to use in big fights. So instead this item could be an imbue, kind of like quicksilver reload, or just have two separate cooldown popups(those in the middle of your screen), one for the mystic shot and one for the 6400 upgrade effect
