Activate to place Mystic Rug on the ground. Allies who stand on the rug for 5 seconds receive +10% ability duration, +4 spirit, and +3 sprint speed for 8 seconds.

You put it down in front of enemy tower while pushing or near yours while defending, and then allies can use the sprint speed to rotate away more quickly. Maybe this can help the low rank epidemic of players clumping up in midlane and failing to respond to side lane pressure in time. Much like how magic carpet can help fix lanes in the late game, this provides a lower-power rotation ability, distributed across multiple players.
