Mystic Reverb is not working(imbued) on Lady Geist

i imbue the Reverb on the Bomb, and it just straight up doesn't work... the match id is 29916582. i buy the Reverb on minute 34. it actually happened to me twice. this is the second time. it really ruined my game. please fix this...
