Mystic Reverb AoE Damage does not apply "on spirit damage" effects

When Mystic Reverbs AoE damages procs after the delay, its damage does not apply other on spirit damage effects such as Bullet Resist Shredder or Mystic Slow.

This is inconsistent with other items that apply spirit damage, such as Tesla Bullets, Mystic Shot, Alchemical Flask, which do proc these effects.
