Mystic Expansion and Compress Cooldown doesn't work with Audience Participation (Sinclair)

Mystic Expansion and Compress Cooldown action doesn't work on Sinclair's ultimate. Or rather, it works on the ability itself, but not on the stolen ability. For example: try to steal Holliday's lasso and you'll notice that after you use it, the range doesn't increase and the cooldown doesn't decrease.
