Mystic Burst not working with Calico's Leaping Slash.

Am I being crazy or does Mystic Burst not activating when Calico's Leaping Slash hits a target?

Testing the item as of 2026-02-21 on the hideout against the dummy Abrams hero and it doesn't trigger even though if you read the descriptions, the conditions should all pass.

It says abilities dealing damage triggers the item, and Leaping Slash is, in fact, an ability.
Is it just excluded because it deals melee damage?

It's just wrong worded item description. Mystic Burst only works if the damage you do is above 80 (Spirit damage) It doesn't specifically state spirit damage in the description though, but since Leaping slash scales on melee damage that's why it doesn't proc. As it technically does 0 spirit damage.

I've tested it on other characters that has abilites that scales with melee damage (drifter, bill etc.) and they don't proc it either.

So they should probably make the text a bit more explicit, so it's "...ability that does more than 80 *SPIRIT* damage..." instead of just saying damage.
