+10 Spirit Power
Passive
When you shoot an orb it explodes dealing spirit damage.
Damage 100 (scales x2 with spirit power)
Radius 7 meters.

The idea is to make ammo scavenger scale into the late game by turning orbs into weapons. As it stands Ammo scavenger might fall of faster than any other item. Where there are creeps you can control the space now creating a completely alternate style of damaging your opponent (that is shooting at something nearby them).
 
Seems like a lot of damage for the detonation, especially given the number of Souls that heroes can spawn.

I like the idea of an early game item like Ammo Scavenger getting a later game upgrade. Feels like it would ideally work with something that helps you farm, given the nature of Ammo Scavenger being designed to help you keep up souls in lane.
 
As a second thought, you could probably have it be an item that works similar to how Wraith's Cards work. Instead of charging based on bullet damage dealt, though, it would charge based on Souls confirmed. That way you could have it be a bit of a soul grenade or something that does a bunch of Spirit damage, maybe more if you "overcharge" it by collecting more Souls after it's off cooldown.

This is a great idea! Though I do think Mystic Bubbling works as is. It is very seldom that someone is standing among orbs you can shoot in the late game and those get shot. This needs to be explosive to demand your attention and theirs to make you be willing to take your time to shoot teh orbs and to make them feel the need toget away from the orbs.
 
If ammo scavenger helps you farm later then it would have no purpose I think. I like the idea of taking the proc of shooting orbs to something helpful late game.

I made a version for this.

Mystic Bubbling V2
100 Bonus Health
+20% ammo
+10 Spirit power.
When you shoot an orb you gain a stack that powers up your grenade. Max 30 stacks. Degrades at a rate of 1 per 10 seconds after 30 seconds of the cooldown not being refreshed by hitting an orb.
Activated ability
Damage per stack: 10+5 per second for 5 seconds.
Radius 10+.2 per stack.
