My rank is stuck and will not change no matter what

My rank has been the same since a week no matter how many games i win or lose it stays the same i won 4 games in a row its still the same i checked it on tracklock.gg it shows i have i different rank please fix this issue. i was literally having zero confidence in myself after seeing the same rank everyday

1. Tracklock has its own way of calculating rank henceforth its not a relfection of your rank in game
2. Judging only by your net worth you're not carrying these games, so if you're doing average for this elo why should you rank up?

you do have a point there ill just have to get better, also i did rank up after patch today.

Came here to report this too. I can go on a 10+ game winstreak or more, in lobbies higher than my MMR, and my rank doesn't budge at all. I can also lose a bunch of games and my rank doesn't change either.
