My Mouse Cursor Is Sliding Right

While in the main menu, and while in the menu while in game (paused) my mouse cursor slowly navigates right. This issue just started recently.

While actually playing everything is fine though.

I quit the game, and the sliding stopped, but when I started it again, it started sliding again.

Do you have a gamepad or other analog input device plugged in? That's often what causes this kind of issue.
