I was playing a match with a friend of mine, I trying to go help him with a team fight when my game froze while I was ziplining. At first I laughed cuz come on I could hear me and my friend dying but nothing was happening. That's when I realized my game was like fully frozen and unstick hero didn't help. I could still hear everything in and outside the game (like our discord call) but couldn't move so I waited to see if it would itself. It did after like 5-10min it kicked me back to the lobby, rejoined and finished the match but when I tried to queue again I had a 6hr ban? Also even after the match the kill feed was showing in the lobby so clearly something was up with the game, I love this game but its really upsetting that I got banned for something that I had no control of (also I've never left games before this other than when someone else leaves so you can leave without penalty).
