My entire internet disconnects for a moment like ten minutes into a match.

This used to happen to me 5 years ago while trying to play Dota. Internet worked perfectly fine all the time but it would go down at the start of a match, and sometimes just from launching the game.

Mine was an ISP issue. You can call them and ask if there is a solution. I had to stop playing for a few months until i swapped to another provider.
