My builds are no longer displayed in search

I've been helping some friends get into the game and making builds for them but after the Mirage patch, none of my builds show up in search anymore. I've tried updating, copying, renaming, deleting and rebuilding, and creating an entirely new build on a new character. Am I blacklisted or something?

I saw one person say they had to add a skill order before their build appeared in the search.
