I recorded the following events here.
Skip to 3:15:00 in VOD.
I was first starting to notice that my sounds weren't working during a teamfight, and was progressively getting worse. I've had this same issue that I've replied to in a thread.

After having multiple stuttering issues with animations and assets, the game seemed to be stable until I ulted onto the McGinnis, crashing my game. You will hear me say part of the error message that pops up before my game crashes entirely.

After joining for the last time I continued to stutter until the game ended.
This crash cost us the game.
