Inspired by: Mr. Telephone Man - New Edition

I am by no means knowledgeable about this games scaling values, and I absolutely hate math. I just copied and pasted the most fitting values of other heroes comparable abilites for the most part, but I don't really intend for this to be a balanced baseline, just a Hero Idea

I didn't tamper with the gun stats or vitality, for fear of making even more unbalanced things. Spirit scaling was already a headache

I'm not positive on the inspiration for this characters participation in the ritual, however with Deadlocks advanced magically powered technology, including personal computers in the 1940s, I feel it wouldn't be a stretch to say the character is just a switchboard operator, displeased with the rapid growth of the telephone industry and the replacement of his job as a result

Really cool concept, my favorite part of this was the number one ability "Dropped Line."
This character would be a hard counter to characters that scale well in spirit early and late game. I do just want to say that the ability seems a bit strong because it sounds like it is a point-and-click ability. Perhaps it should function like Binding Word where the targeted player has a chance to not have all their spirit power disconnected from them and or Counterspell it?
