Mr. Smalls the goblin pick pocket

"Mr. Smalls" A goblin living on the streets, stealing this and that to stay alive, that finds themselves in over there head when he steals (and breaks) a very pricey magic item. Now they fight to get the money to pay off the folks after him.

Hero type : Support/juggler/Survival-Very small hit box compared to the other hero's, VERY bad basic attack, and only a 6 shot clip (weapon is a rusty gun he finds), great movement and very high out of combat movement

The idea is to make a support hero that rarely shows up for big team fights but spends time helping out his team form behind enemy (and ally) lines.

Skill 1: Pick pocket- A melee attack that gives a speed boost after its used and hits. When used on a enemy hero steals a bit of souls and gives them the "missing clip" De-buff, the next time they shoot at a ally hero, and run out of ammo there reload time will be much longer (as they look for ammo that's not there)
skill 2: A eye for trash - *passive* gives a higher chance to find loot in crates and box's, every 30 seconds or so a loot drop chance is 100%. Instead of picking it up like normal he can hold up to 3 upgrades and give them to ally's in close range (small chance to find powered up versions, like a "massive" clip ect

skill 3: Dirty fighter - Mr. Smalls pulls out some random sharp trash, replacing his gun with it for a short time. after activating gets a speed boost and there next attack deals slow and a de-buff to the enemy based on what they pulled out (Bleed for a knife, toxic for a needle, ect ect) one stab only, the effect ends after.

Ult: RUN! Make a mad dash to safety dropping make shift caltrops behind him. Massive speed boost while slowing and causing bleed to enemy's that try to follow. Mr. smalls is uncontrol able during this and will make his way to the nearest friendly zipline and jump on it (after that you have control of him again)

I really like the idea of a "get in get out" super annoying to deal with support that's about more then just big damage in team fights. (AI image for reference, I cant draw lol)

Forcing your team to 5v6 because you want to be a loot goblin is a terrible idea. He needs team-fight mechanics if he's going to be at all useful.
