Backstory
Mr Bones was once a famous circus performer who died tragically in a performance gone wrong. Known for his agility and unique physique, he was a brilliant performer, taken from the world too soon - up until the world decided to bring him back, but as a sick skeleton with a taste for blood. Mr Bones isn't very great with words (mainly because he's missing a tongue, throat, and pair of lungs) but he's very expressive with his new skeleton body, contorting and gesturing, taunting, performing all manner of deadly tricks, with far less danger. Mr Bones doesn't have a gun, so he relies on attacking his enemies by throwing his own bones at enemies, then slowly reconnecting them to reload
Abilities

1 - Bone-a-rang: Mr Bones disconnects his arm and throws it in a boomerang arc which deals damage, slows enemies, and forces them to turn around 180 degrees. Mr bones is disarmed (literally) during this attack, and can only attack again once his arm returns to him

2 - Reckless Abandon (passive): Mr Bone's becomes more clumsy, giving him dashes that go further. Also, Mr Bones' dashes deal damage to enemies, allowing him to use his own body as a weapon

3 - The Rattle: Mr Bones begins violently rattling and dancing, causing all incoming bullets to have a chance of missing, and increasing Mr Bone's output damage for a short period of time. However, due to instability, he is very vulnerable to melee attacks, taking extra damage during this time

4 - The Wild Ride: Mr Bones performs an incredible musical performance by drumming on his ribs like a xylophone. All enemies in a large radius around Mr Bones are enchanted by his wonderful music, and are forced to dance and follow Mr Bones for the duration. Mr Bones and All enemies who are trapped in the trance cannot be attacked.
Visual Style:

Mr Bones is a very unstable individual. Cloaked in a jacket and some basic legwear, he has mastered the art of moving his muscle-less body by jutting himself in all sorts of directions using his hips, since his hip bone is his center of gravity. All his moves should rattle, he's Mr Bones, just imagine a real life skeleton.
Gameplay Style Idea:
I imagine Mr Bones as being an expert at close range combat, with an emphasis on control for teamfights. I think a character like this could really set itself apart from the rest in the fact that he could take on a very "naga siren" esque role in this game, having a unique focus on repositioning in a teamfight and closing in on enemies to wail on them with physical attacks and abilities, while also having some tools to deal with ranged heroes
