Movement speed, bullet velocity and glyphs

Hey,

Going to keep this short.

Movement speed:
  • I think some heroes having 9 m/s (Vindicta) while others having 6 m/s (Dynamo) base is too much of a difference.
  • Even with boots Dynamo could never catch up to Vindicta.
  • Movement speed affects dashes. It shouldn't.
  • I think it's fine at start but should become even as people level up.
  • Spirit shouldn't play a part in movement speed unless it's a damage source for that character.
Bullet velocity
  • I think some heroes having 800+ velocity (Vindicta) while others having 300 (Dynamo) base is too much of a difference
  • Bullet velocity plays a huge part in who gets last hits
  • Items do nothing to those with low bullet velocity because the increase is % based, meaning Vindicta gains the most out of it
Bullet spray
  • Why do some heroes (Dynamo) get bullet spray, while others get none? Why are there no items to counter it?
Glyphs
  • We need a 10-20 second team ability to stop guardians / walkers / troopers and patron from taking damage, and making them do increased damage.
  • Just like in Dota 2.
I'm kind of tired of seeing games end because 1 or 2 guys are going to spawn in 20 seconds and could save the game, but can't now because the Patron is super weak in the end. Some of the best nail biting moments in games is when a glyph is activated and both teams are doing their final defense.

That's it. I'm using Dynamo as an example because he's got the lowest velocity and movement speed in the game AND he also has a bullet spray pattern that makes it impossible to consistently do headshots.

I don't understand why. His blackhole doesn't really justify this. Plus he's a giant target and easy to hit by the enemy and his gun is made rather worthless.

Dynamo is a cc king. Being good at cc and having movement speed when he has a teleport is quite literally the opposite of being balanced. For every buff, there needs to be a corresponding nerf. Yeah, Dynamo has a fat hitbox, but he can also heal himself and teleport himself out of a situation. Vindicta is mobile but notice how she can't heal herself. The b*tch does a lot of damage, but in close quarters she struggles, provided she's not fed. Yes, Dynamo has bullet spray, but he can lock people down. For the most part, he doesn't really need accuracy, whereas Vindicta does.
Balance in all things
