Movement based character

Since ziplines are a thing, I was thinking of a support type character that spawns a straight zipline of X length in a target direction, which allows teammates who uses it to phase thru walls and disengage at any point. This can encourage rotations and also has teamfight potential when coordinated. Zipline should ideally be the ulti and only exists for a short time, and maybe things like high health regen while on the zipline. The hero kit could revolve around encouraging movements, for example, aoe movespeed/jump height increase, temporarily breaking down walls for short period of pathing thru buildings, placing temporary jump pads/ropes.
Basically, I would love to have a hero that uses the existing map movement tech i.e. ziplines/jump pads/ropes, and/or manipulates movespeed and jump height
