Mousewheel up \ down item using bug when applying it to yourself

When you bind an item to the mouse wheel up or down, like Fleetfoot or Warpstone, everything works fine.
However, if you bind Healing Rite or Restorative Locket to the wheel up and cast it on yourself (I have selfcast button as ALT, so that might be the problem), it will be impossible to use the item while holding down the cast key.
