Mouse is lost if game window moved between monitors with different resolution

The game has a couple issues with mutlihead setups.

Firstly, it doesn't seem to start on the primary monitor, and then if I move it between monitors to get it to the correct one, the mouse-cursor is offset incorrectly and I'm unable to even use the menus.

Finally, changing resolutions sometimes the game gets "stuck" off-center.
