Mouse Freezing/Stutter/Input Lag

15 mins into every match I get the worst input lag along with my mouse constantly freezing for about 1 sec throughout the entirety of the match
- before the 15 min mark everything runs smooth

Game runs well on my system
4090 - i9 CPU - Windows 11
not dropping a whole lot of frames. stays at about 200 fps
I've tried every setting
I've tried playing with gsync
going from 4k to 500hz polling rate
yes, using another mouse
nothing helps
it's actually unplayable, yet I persist and why I currently main Abrams
My guess, it's an optimization issue
please fix

I've also been having this issue, it'll just completely stop receiving mouse input when this happens.
