Mouse Capture not working and in-game fix

Sometimes after opening certain menus (like settings or the consul) or after tabbing out then tabbing in, the mouse will not be limited to the game window. This makes it impossible to look to the left, as the cursor would leave the the game.

Mouse capture can be regained by opening the shop menu with B.
