I gots a hero idea named Monarch. Check out my other hero idea Miracle who is an attempt to port Oracle to Deadlock hehe.
Basically Monarch is a large slender androgynous woman in really flamboyant clothing, with giant butterfly wings that let her fly!
Her gameplay pattern is diving with her friends, having short range but highly impactful supportive skills and playing defensively and being very hard to engage on. Generally I think she'd be a deathball-y type hero.
MOTHER MONARCH!
Gun: SMG!
1. Rally!
Monarch shoots a blue projectile in a cone that heals allies. An AOE burst heal!
1. Larger radius! 2. Increased movement speed and heal! 5. You can cast it while moving now :3333
2. Flight (Holds charges!)
Monarch flies to a target ally, granting them a bullet resist shield and movement speed!
1. +1 charge! 2. Monarch is granted higher travel speed when she flies. 5. The ally reloads their clip when Monarch arrives at their location.
3. Noxious Gas
Monarch releases a noxious gas in a location, silencing enemies and dealing spirit damage.
1. Enemies take a 25% slow 2. Monarch imbues her gun to deal spirit damage for a short time after. 5. Monarch can move whilst using it!
4. Entomb!
Monarch targets an enemy hero and entombs them, dispelling them and stunning them in place in a coccoon. In a radius around the stunned target, enemies become taunted and rapidly basic attack the stunned target. The target cannot take any other damage from enemies, only from their taunted allies.
1. Cooldown decrease! 2. Idk! 5. Idk!!!
Idk about her lore, i was thinking maybe she was in prison and got effected with the occult and lead a riot out of it, OOH maybe at Sing sing prison up the river? And the people she lead in that riot became the first ballroom "house". Idk Feel free to use it if u like it chunguses
