Moderate Framerate Drops After Patch

Hello, I noticed reduced framerate during teamfights after the latest patch. Simply mentioning it, not sure if it's in my head or not. Had consistent 90fps during teamfights beforehand, but as of tonight experienced drops below 40fps, especially when fights are in the corner right past first guardian on middle two lanes.

Specs:
Intel i5 7600k
RTX 3090 TI
16GB DDR4 3000
Installed on Samsung EVO Pro 970

I'm having the exact same problem. Did the sunday patch fix it for you or did you find something to help with this?
