Mo&Krill Quicksilver reload on scorn working only for 2nd cast

See, on first cast of Scorn additional 50 damage is not provided, but if im use Scorn second time (Quicksilver reload even on cd), additional 50 dmg is provided

Another post shows this bug existing since the start of July, I can confirm it still exists as well. For some reason the extra damage is only applied every other Scorn. The first Scorn will not apply it, however if you wait the 12 seconds for the ability cooldown to reset and use Scorn again, this time it does apply the damage. The third time you use Scorn it will not apply, fourth time it will apply, so on and so forth.
