Mo krill can use unstoppable, despite not being able to use other items. (BUG?)

not a bug, it's a feature for some items like Fleetfoot / Vampiric Burst / Unstoppable etc, items that can be used while charging Melee to interrupt it can be used while using abilities. Why can these items do that and not others? No idea, it's just kinda like a legacy thing when items used to be able to interupt melee but they removed that for some items...
