Mo and Krill can't step over bridge railing + Keybind Error

It's a bit inconsistent with other characters but Mo & Krill can't just walk off the bridges in the laning areas and need to jump over them. Meanwhile I think everyone else can walk off just fine.

Also, abilities I've set to E randomly stop working. The in game visualizer shows that I'm pressing it but the ability won't trigger.
