MM Queue permanently stuck?

Have been in queue for 25+ minutes twice now after being idled out.. got a game with an instant leaver reset after 50 minutes, and in queue again now for 20 minutes.. how can this be with an increase in players? Is something wrong with my game?

Edit on this - saw another post - took paige out - which I had her on lowest priority, and instantly got a game?? So you can't even include new heros if you want to play a game?
