Missing Match History and Event Item from 2024 Christmas Event

Dear Development Team,
Id like to report a potential issue with my account data. I began playing deadlock when it was released in 2024 (8/16/2024 based of the file data) however, none of my matches from that period appear to be recorded.

At that time, I primarily played as a Warden main, and later transitioned to playing Bebop. Unfortunately, I do not see any saved match history reflecting this activity. In addition, the snow globe item from the Christmas event isn't on my account. I did get the warden Christmas skin so to my knowledge I should have the snow globe. Seems like all the match history I had was gone and stops at 1/18/2025.

the match history seems to only last for a year before vanishing. also have a few hundred games missing from the start of the playtest till jan 2025. i do have my snowglobe though

Have you checked if the (unofficial) "DeadlockAPI" and (E.G.) "Statlocker" has your matches still recorded?

Both projects are in need of volunteers to inject more match-records to the archives.
