Missing, flickering, or darkening textures due to Directx error

Precondition:
1. Launch the game with Directx 11 enabled

Playback Steps:
1. Enter any of the game modes, for example, training mode
2. Look at the textures of the environment and the character
3. Open the console and take a look at the contents of the console

The actual result:
Textures are not loaded, they start to flicker or darken. A spam line appears in the console: "[Assert] C:\buildworker\citadel_rel_win64\build\src\rendersystem\dx\rendercontextdx11_software.cpp (1460) : AssertMsg Failed in function CRenderContextDx11_SoftwareCommandLists: : DispatchComputeShader() : Trying to dispatch compute shader without binding one first!"

Expected result:
Loading normal textures. The absence of a spam line in the console

Environment: PC, graphics card "GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2048MB"

Severity: Blocker
