Mirage ult can teleport anywhere, bug?

Idk if this was intentional but in the patch notes it says mirage ult can target units, but currently you can teleport anywhere, including into the enemy base, bu8t also the tooltip doesn't say anything about having to teleport to something specific aswell. Yoshi pls fix or clarify

that was since the last update that he can tp anywhere or the one before it. totally intentional!
