I was The Lash and I got hit with Mirage's Tornado mid-Ground Strike. I floated in place for a second and then my Ground Strike didn't land but went on cooldown, and I was left with the visual and audio effects of the tornado. This persisted through disconnecting and reconnecting, as well as restarting the game. What eventually fixed it was dying.
