I do quite like the new Mirage changes but it sort of feels like something is missing. A lot of games Mirage feels like a serial debuffer as it is natural progression with Djinn's Mark. Scarabs and Dust Devil don't really fit with that though. The new Dust Devil changes makes it feel like more of an escape item rather than one that you would want to do damage with a lot.
My proposed change to the Dust Devil is to make it so lifted enemies get a new debuff that makes it so anyone that shoots them can ricochet. This would be short term and a debuff so removable ofc. It would make it so Dust Devil has a bit more team fight presence, allows a new unique debuff, and is just kinda neat. Now you can think about lifting a wave to clear it faster or think about saving it for an escape. It would also be neat if scarabs worked with this debuff, givung then a passive buff in the form of them being able to ricochet (something I have been wanting forever).
