Ult'd next to a teammate near the end of the game, moving around made me fall through the world before I got put into the tunnels. Unstick hero did nothing, and I couldn't ult to get out. Match ID 66732995, happened in the final 2-3 minutes.

Unsticking went through the process but didn't register anything as wrong.
