Mirage Djinn's Mark applied before T3 upgrade cannot reach max multiplier or be consumed by shooting

Here, I take Djinn's Mark's T3 upgrade, and the Mark stack applied before taking it does not go beyond 8x. Instead, it just resets the timer without consuming the mark while keeping the stack at 8x
