semi reproduceable through dash jump shooting while your head is near a ceiling, has persisted between patches, 2 of the clips being last large patch and 1 being the most recent large patch. Seemingly crashing people around the area of mirage when it happens, sometimes more people, sometimes less. Also seemingly only on mirage as this has not happened on any other hero.
