when buying arcane surge, on any character with any ability, their damage over time effects benefit from the increased spirit power throughout the duration of arcane surge/ their ability, on mirage with his fire scarabs, only the first tick of fire scarabs benefit from the 20 spirit power and every subsequent tick doesnt beenfit from it
