Mirage has probably a lot of animation bugs that make him unable to dash and lock him in this stance. It's basically as if dash didn't exist -> it doesn't use stamina but it doesn't produce any momentum also.
Today it happened when I used tornado and wraith cancelled it with her ult (tornado shouldn't have a cast time like really). Also today it fixed itself after I used tornado for the second time, but usually only way to fix this bug is to respawn.
It happens a lot for me so idk why there's nothing on the forum yet.
I would try to reproduce it if only all of my friends weren't taking a break from the game.
