When you are in the "Learn to Play" section on the "Hero Training" or "Lane Training" section, and you select a hero to play it's abilities are showcased in a line and their sides edges are slightly cut off, and if you hover one it grows in size a bit, which causes it's side decoration to be cut off even more.
