Minor bug with abilities activating in menus

Pretty simple bug/oversight, I have my 3rd and 4th abilities bound to mwheelup and mwheeldown, but while I was in the curiosity shop and used the scroll wheel to browse, it still registered those inputs and activated my abilities. Here's a video of me discovering it:
