Minions not pushing past a point in Mid Lane

In this game, we could not end because our minions got stuck attacking something underneath the map, just past the enemy's first mid tower. I have seen this happen before, so this is not a fluke. I do not have the other match ID for that game.

I found this one aswell. MatchId 70159517. Happened from ~halfway of the replay until the very end. Minions would get stuck and never push past T1.

Happened at around 30:50 after getting urn. Creeps were stuck attacking something underneath in the mid lane for the rest of the game.
