Mina's T2 upgrade for her second ability says it "reloads 8 bullets"
It gives her +8 max ammo too.
Secondly, there's some inconsistencies with it:

-First reload can't be reloaded until I reach under 12 bullets (original mag size) - this is ok - but after reloading, you reload still up to 20 bullets on your second reload.
Another issue comes when you buy extra ammo % (such as extended mag):

-You gain bullets less than your max mag, and you can't reload, once you reach the orignal mag size, you can reload and gain more bullets then you had after you cast the T2
Side note: this behavior is still better than the current behavior of Kinetic dash, which has many bugs previously reported, if Mina's ability behavior can be made more consistent, it should be added to kinetic dash too
