Just had a proposed change for Mina's Chinese localization, which is currently 哈米娜 (Ha Mina). In short, I think 夏蜜娜 (Xia Mina) would be a more interesting and accurate localization.
Explanation
夏 (Xia/Ha)
Yes, technically the character is Xia, which in Mandarin is translated to "summer." But commonly in Cantonese and also for Chinese-American last names (which are romanizaed) it's Ha. Other than the fact that it translates to "summer," it's also the last name for Empress Dowager Xia (夏太后/夏王豐), Consort Xia (夏姬), and a few other notable people in Chinese history, which I feel represents her drive for power well. Of course, I understand why this last name wouldn't be used for Mina, since it could easily be taken as Xia, but I've noticed that her last name isn't used a lot in the game. The current 哈 doesn't have a lot of meaning other than being the onomatopoeia for laughter (哈哈), despite being a common last name (especially in the United States). As a side note, 夏 is the hanja for Ha, so it could possibly serve as the Korean localization of her last name. The other hanja for Ha would be 河 (He), which isn't a common Chinese last name (well rather, 何 is used for He instead) and translates directly to "river."
蜜 (Mi)
Currently, the Mi is 米, which translates to "rice," something that doesn't feel quite "Mina." 蜜 translates to "sweet" (like, honey sweet) and can be used to describe a lot of things: personality, emotions, appearance. It literally translates to "honey," something that, in most literature, can be taken as an unsettling sweetness (e.g. "her words drip with honey," it's used to describe a person hiding a less-sweet personality), something that I feel fits Mina quite well. She laughs and has sweet words, but she's also quite mean. 蜜 is also given to bless a girl with a sweet disposition, beautiful life, or appearance, which feels in line with her parents' hopes for her. 蜜 can also refer to the happiness in a relationship, something she was probably looking forward to with her arranged marriage with Arin.
