Mina cannot glide off zipline crouch exit, yet glide timer still goes down

How to reproduce:

1. Go on zipline
2. Hop off zipline with crouch
3. Glide and see that it's not working despite the animation showing it's working
4. Jump to make glide work
5. Glide and see that the glide timer was reduced
